Cancellation Policy
1. Security Deposit (Required): A refundable security deposit will be collected before equipment is released. The deposit will be refunded after all Rental Items are returned and in acceptable condition, 2. Credit Card on File (Required): The Client agrees to provide a valid credit card before pickup. By signing this Agreement, the Client Authorizes us to keep the card on file for the duration of the rental period. Authorizes us to charge the card for replacement costs, late fees, missing items, or damage, as described in this Agreement. 3. Damage, Loss, or Theft Client Responsibility: The Client is 100% financially responsible for all Rental Items from the time they are picked up until the time they are returned. The Client agrees to pay full replacement cost for any item that is lost, stolen, damaged, cracked, broken, warped, stained, or rendered unusable, returned with missing pieces, damaged during transport, setup, use, or storage, returned wet, moldy, or exposed to conditions that ruin the item. If any item is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be charged the credit card on file for the full replacement cost. List provided upon request. 4. Late Returns will incur a fee. Items more than 48 hours late will be considered lost/stolen, and the credit card on file will be charged the full replacement cost. 5. Condition of Equipment: The Client agrees that all rentals are received in good working condition. The Client will inspect items at pickup and report issues before leaving. The Client will return items in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. 6. Proper Use & Safety: The Client agrees to use equipment on flat, safe surfaces. Keep all items away from water, moisture, mud, fire, and rough handling. Supervise all children using the equipment. No climbing, standing, or jumping on items unless designed for that purpose. 7. Assumption of Risk & Hold Harmless: The Client understands that yard games involve physical activity and assumes all risks associated with transport, setup, and use. The Client agrees to hold the Company harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, or legal actions arising from use or transport of the Rental Items. The Client agrees to release the Company from liability for injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring during the rental period. 8. Cancellations & Refund Policy: • Cancellations more than 48 hours before pickup incur $25 cancellation fee. No weather related refunds.
